What's new?

The way you can accommodate the information is so comfortable that any other you have see in any web pages. The user can put the initial parameter in a form and then generate the report. Normally, this report is something passive that you can't change, but now you can filter, order and search to obtain the results that you are looking for, in other words, you can get what ever you want, including the possibility to graphic the final results or to export in different standards formats.

Usually, the initial parameters are generics and you can’t get all the information that you are looking for. Now, you put the initial parameters and then you can deep in any other criteria, the infinity and beyond!!!!!!….

How can you do that?

The most significant fact is that you can put the cursor in any of the cells of the report in the same way you do in an Excel sheet. You can filter the report using the quick filter options (a button in the tool bar or a small icon in the title of the column) to reduce the subset of records with the one that comply with the value of this cell in this column. You can nestle different criteria, for example, you can filter for "Price=7.5" and later filter this result with the criteria "In Stock = yes". For Advance Filter you can use the search button in the tool bar and mix the results with quick filters.

Another important property of these reports is that you can change the way you group the records, and the compute of this groups, choosing between various grouping functions (sum, average, count, min. and max.). Also, you can collapse or expand each group or all the report. At the end, you can get a graph of the result and choose between different types of graph.

One of the most important parts of this technology is the possibility to save the results as another new report (My Reports) avoiding to repeat all the job (filtering, ordering, etc.) made to get this result in the future. Furthermore, you can export the results to other formats in the customer computer, giving the possibility to work with this data off line or using other known programs with some specific compute options.
